FAQ

How long does it take for an order to be processed?

Orders are typically processed the same day – excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email confirming your purchase with the tracking number when your order is shipped.  Tracking numbers are emailed around 2:00am EST when our system updates.  This is automated and cannot be done sooner.

Cutoff time for orders to ship same day is 1:00pm.  Sometimes orders do go out after that but it is not guaranteed.

Orders are shipped via FedEx.

 

Do you ship internationally?

No.  We currently only serve the USA.

 

Why does my tracking number say NOT FOUND ?

Depending on the supplier, tracking numbers can take a day or two to start showing updates; others are instant.  Please wait approximately 24 hours before contacting us with issues of the provided tracking number.

 

How long will it be before i receive my order?

All of our products are sourced from the US.  Depending on the warehouse you can receive your order in as little as two (2) days or up to six (6) days.  Most products arrive in 2-5 days.  Weekends and holidays extend this time as well as if your order is placed after hours.  Please check the product description to see the shipping time.  We currently only offer shipping via Fedex.   We select the best service for the item based on customer location and if the item is considered hazardous.

Delivery is 2-5 business days 

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping delays. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping company.  

 

How do I track my package?

You will be emailed a tracking number once your order is shipped and you should be able to click the tracking number to see its status.  If not, or you need to lookup a tracking number for any carrier, we offer tracking lookup.

Can I make any changes to an order/shipping address/etc?

We usually process orders on the same day they are placed.  If a change needs to be made to your order, please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate that change.  If the order has already been processed then we will most likely be unable to make a change/addition.
